Section 1

General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between fun77 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the fun77 website, app, or any related services, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

fun77 is an online gaming and betting platform offering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and slot machine games for members in Bangladesh. The platform is secured by SSL encryption technology and is committed to ensuring fair play.

These Terms were prepared in Bengali and that version is the primary text of the agreement. In the event of any confusion in a translation or interpretation, the original Bengali text will apply.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use fun77's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age — this platform is for users aged 21+ only.
• You must be fully capable of managing your account voluntarily and on your own judgment.
• Online gaming is not prohibited in your place of residence, and you are using this service voluntarily.
• Your account has never previously been closed or banned by fun77.
• You are not currently under any active self-exclusion program.

fun77 reserves the right to request identity documents for age verification at any time. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Account Registration & Management

Each member may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraudulent activity.

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being closed at any time.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or sharing your account details is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

fun77 supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fun77 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. Rocket is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Only these three methods are supported.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The time may vary slightly depending on verification and processing.

4.4 Transaction Terms

• It is the member's responsibility to fill in transaction details correctly. fun77 is not liable for any loss caused by incorrect numbers or information.
• Deposited funds must not be sent from a third party's account — they must be sent from the member's own mobile banking account.
• fun77 reserves the right to suspend or cancel transactions if money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Funds that are the subject of a pending withdrawal request cannot be used for gaming during that time.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

fun77 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These are additional benefits for members, but each comes with specific terms attached.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts to earn bonuses, or abusing promotional offers, will be treated as fraud.
• fun77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.

Section 6

Gaming Rules

All games on fun77 are conducted fairly and impartially. Members must follow the rules below while gaming.

6.1 Fairness of Game Results

Every game on fun77 is operated by certified software providers who use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This technology ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and unpredictable.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is disrupted due to a technical error or server disconnection, fun77 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. Incorrect amounts or prizes displayed due to technical errors are not valid.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game's rules section. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fun77 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using any strategy or software for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Gaming using automated bots, scripts, or similar technology.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform as an advantage.
• Collusion or conspiring with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Transacting with illegally obtained funds or using the platform for money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving indecently toward other members or staff.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

fun77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Upon instruction from a court, government body, or law enforcement authority.
• At the member's own request (for self-exclusion or account closure).

Members may also contact the support team at any time to request account closure. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before closure, though this may not apply in cases of Terms violations.

Privacy & Data Retention

Information provided at registration will be used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and fulfilling legal obligations. Your information will not be sold to any third party without your explicit consent.

• If a member suffers loss as a result of prohibited activities described in Section 7.
• As a result of a member sharing login credentials with a third party.

fun77's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount deposited by the member in the relevant transaction.

Section 12

Changes to Terms & Effective Date

fun77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered contact method or through a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered automatic acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore advisable to revisit this page from time to time.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that clause will be removed and the remaining Terms will continue to be fully in force.
